2. Products & Custom Orders
We specialize in manufacturing custom and private-label martial arts and sportswear products. Product colors, sizes, fabrics, logos, embroidery, printing, and other specifications are produced according to customer requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, measurements, mockups, and design details before production begins. Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
3. Pricing
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotations, promotional offers, and discounts are valid only for the specified period. Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification or according to mutually agreed payment terms. AUROVEXA INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraudulent activity, incorrect information, stock limitations, or policy violations.
5. Production & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to deliver orders on schedule, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Claims
Due to the customized nature of our products, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they contain manufacturing defects or production errors caused by AUROVEXA INTERNATIONAL.
Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment, along with supporting photographs and order details.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, product images, graphics, logos, trademarks, catalogs, designs, and other materials are the intellectual property of AUROVEXA INTERNATIONAL unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.
